It was a pleasure this week to observe the 7th grade science classes as they continued to work on their genetic disorders project. Students could choose to make a PowerPoint presentation or a poster to present to the class. A couple of students even presented in the IMC and did an excellent job. On Tuesday 8th grade LA/Reading classes come to the IMC to select books related to Romeo and Juliet for their next book report. The suggested books will covered themes like romance, parent/child conflicts, suicide, and violence. Of course, most of the girls went for the romance books and most of the boys went after the suicide/violence books.Coming up next week we have a quiet start (more time to work on new books), then the 6th grade social studies classes will be using computers for a project.
